Apologies if this has been done already.
Has anyone any positive feedback on Lexapro? I have been prescribed 5mg and Im nervous about taking it as I was previously prescribed Serimel and the side effects for me weren't great at all. I have PTSD, Anxiety and Depression brought on from a sudden loss and I'm ready to feel ok again so decided to try medication as the waiting list for therapy is very long due to Covid. I just wanted to hear hear if its helped anyone?

Dd is on it and it's massively helped.

I think it's incredibly difficult to tell. She had several others before and they didn't work. This was the one. That said it is difficult to find the one. I really hope you have real life support because it's very hard until medication kicks in and even then there's bad days too.

Thank you for your replies. I'm just very anxious over starting them as my last medication didn't go down very well. I need to be somewhat able to function properly as my youngest DD has ASD so any bad side effects wouldn't be good Sad
