Itchy nipple and bruise like marks.

I've had an annoying itchy nipple for about a month..nothing to see. Then about 10 days or so ago I noticed two marks..like bruises but red on the inside side of my breast.. not from my bra (I have a small bust so wear soft ones) They don't hurt but they are not going. And my armpit aches..that sounds daft but I play guitar and the ache is going from my armpit right down my arm and stopping me playing.
Is it worth trying to make a docs appointment? I don't want to waste their time but it just all feels a bit odd if you kwim!

For reference I'm 53 and on HRT..generally pretty healthy but a bit wiped out at the mo, tho that may be my age and job!

I think you do need to get it checked. When did you have a mammogram?

Just last year.. my first and it was fine. I'm not prone to health anxiety at all but the combo of ache and the marks (I had an old school mate who died of inflammatory BC and the first sign was random marks on her breast... I know it's very very rare..) just makes me twitch a bit! I've been assuming my armpit ache was down to over playing my guitar, but I play every day and it doesn't usually hurt!
