hard lump, about 8-10mm wide on right side of head? Any ideas

Tonight I have noticed a hard lump on the right hand side of my head. DH has had a look and it doesn't seem to have a spot-type-head to it. Has anyone had anything like this?

Might be a blind spot. Give it a few days to see if it disappears. Could be a fat deposit.
