Addison’s disease

Just been diagnosed with Addison’s after blood tests to see if I could come of the steroids that I have taken for 10 years for my brittle asthma !!
Does anyone have experience of this illness ??? Consultant didn’t say much and I’m left wondering if this is the cause of my extreme tiredness and severe joint pain .

Could you see your consultant again? Sometimes you can get in touch with a consultants secretary if you have any questions, they can be quite helpful.

Sorry you have been diagnosed.
I’ve not got experience but am waiting for a test for addisons soon. I also have a load of other health conditions.
