I haven`t smoked for 20 days and feeling great (thx to Alan carr book ).Hows everyone else doing ?

Thanks to everyone on here who advised me to read that book.
I bought it , read it and haven`t smoked for 20 days.
Totally fab book-i enjoyed giving up and it was ok really.
Hardly think about smoking now-am just fatter

Am sat here with a milky coffee in wooly socks and pj`s being a bit square i suppose-not the Friday night i would have enjoyed years ago but hey ho and good book ect night night.

Did you know that he and Lionel Blair once saved someone's life at the end of Blackpool Pier? The person was trying to commit suicide and got rescued by AC and LB. Can you imagine? Being that desperate and suddenly seeing Lionel Blair?
