I'm 45 with an active job. I'm fit but I'm tired a lot and wondering if supplements will help.
There are so many to choose from tho!
What works for others?? I'd love to know

I use magnesium spray or soak in it in the bath as if you google it the majority of us are lacking in it and that can be one cause of fatigue.
I also take vitamin D3 with K2 (a simple oral spray I get in Holland and Barrett) as again chances are most of us don’t have enough and i can’t remember why the k2 version is better but I read that it is!
I would like to know more but those are my basic two .

I take a multivitamin although I skip it some days, especially now summer is coming and I'm having a lot more fresh fruit and veg.

B12 and D3 daily, those are the ones that I can see improve my energy levels, and mood in general. None of them are prescription, I take a low dosage generic B12 from the supermarket, but I will be double-checking that with my doctor at the next checkup. You can't really go wrong with extra vit D, especially in winter.
