Saw the nurse yesterday for a pelvic exam and internal exam as I’ve been having some pelvic discomfort and excessive discharge. She said she would book me in for a list of blood tests including CA125 (ovarian cancer)
Earliest they can do the bloods is in 3 weeks time! Add to that another week for results; then a 2 week referral if I need further action. We are looking at 6 weeks.
I’m pretty upset about it, does anyone else think 3 weeks for a blood test is a bit of a joke?
