Why does my blood count say Satisfactory and not normal , when other blood test came back as normal ,these are my full blood test results ,

Monocyte count - observation 0.44 x10^9/L [0.2 - 0.8]
Eosinophil count - observation 0.46 x10^9/L [0.04 - 0.4]
Outside reference range
Note eosinophilia
Basophil count 0.08 x10^9/L [0.02 - 0.1]
Lymphocyte count 2.48 x10^9/L [1.0 - 4.0]
Nucleated red blood cell count < 0.20 x10^9/L [0.0 - 0.2]
Does anyone know what these mean

One was slightly out of range but looking at the bigger picture is not clinically significant, hence satisfactory.

The bloods are normal.

The eosoniphils are slightly out of range.

Do you have eczema/asthma/hayfever/allergies? This is what causes this to be slightly elevated x
