Stomach behaving weird after gastroenteritis

So I had gastroenteritis last week- was in hospital on a drip due to being heavily pregnant. The diarrhoea is still there twice a day, I'm eating normally now, but if I twist bend over all you can hear is liquid in my stomach- any suggestions?

It's only been a week. If you were so poorly that you were in hospital I would take it easy and give yourself sometime to recuperate, eat bland foods and loads of water. Ask your GP if you don't improve. Hope you feel better soon. X
