Blood Results Help with Interpretations

I got my blood results back over the phone from a consultant, not my GP and the 2 health issues aren't related.
Could somebody help me make sense of them as I can’t speak with my GP at the moment. I have filled in an online request to speak with them.

Ferritin 4
Haemoglobin 123
White blood count 2.8
I think I was told iron 13

Ferritin is very low. I’d expect you to be put on iron.

Your Ferritin is low. Mine was 4 at my last blood test the other week and I now have to supplement for 3 months to try and bring it back up. My haemoglobin was lower than yours at 110 but I think the ferritin figure is the main one.
