Tooth/gum pain

I've been in agony for a month or two now, daily. Bottom right of my mouth. Been to the dentist who thinks it might be wisdom tooth causing the issue, but it's not showing on xray. Took antibiotics after the first visit for possible infection but made no difference, so that was ruled out. Tried a different toothbrush as recommended to get right into the gum area and keep the plaque etc out but it just makes it more sore and sensitive, the whole of the gum area is really inflamed and sore. Mouthwashes make little difference. I get some temporary relief from warm salt water and painkillers and that's about it. Whenever I do any exercise it sets it off, so it's agony just going for a walk.

Any other suggestions?

Tooth pain can be referred pain from a jaw or neck muscular issue. Try to get seen by an orofacial physiotherapist .

Have you tried clove oil for the pain? It isn't a long term solution but might give you some temporary relief.
