Just a query. Can anyone tell me if you have to get a code or anything else to complete the signing up process. I have Patient Access but the surgery sent a text some time ago saying they were supporting the My GP app. I went through the initial process and photographed passport et c and then I was told it was confirmed. However, when I try to go into it I am asked for a code and password. I cannot recall making a password and I always make a note of passwords in my address book. Now wondering if I need to contact surgery but don’t want to do that if it is unnecessarily as there are messages saying how busy they are. Just hoping someone can enlighten me.
