Me and my daughter ate some chicken Goujons last night and they smelt and tasted absolutely
Fine. But I noticed they looked a little grey?! Quite grey actually. And now I'm going absolutely out my mind 😭. I have a huge fear of sick and I'm so sorry she may become sick and myself. It's been about 19 hours? I noticed that it said only 58% chopped and shaped chicken which made me feel very sick too! Sorry I'm just panicking so badly right now!
I cut them up before putting them in the wrap for my daughter.
There's lettuce and and cheese on the chicken on the pink plate.
Thank you!

Do you often have issues with health anxiety? Surely if it's been a while since you ate them and neither of you are unwell, that should put your mind at ease.

I have a very bad fear of sick and sadly have had it my whole life :(

One of my friends has that too. It really is a curse. If you find it's a constant burden on your life, CBT or something similar might help? It did a lot for her. Of course, you might have already been down that road.

Anyway I really would say that as it's been a long time since you ate the food, it's not harmed you...but anxiety doesn't always respond to that kind of thinking Flowers Try to get out of the house or to activities as a distraction if you can.

On the, thankfully few, occasions I’ve eaten something that has made me ill it has usually made itself known in the small hours of the morning-like 3am ish.

Hopefully, as it’s been this long, you are both going to be fine Flowers
