Help!!! DD was 1 yesterday, and went to bed with raging temerature, drowsy, refusing...

... fluids, wittering, wanting to sleep, crying, etc, you can probably picture it! Doctors have told us to give calpol (5ml) and ibuprofen (2.5ml) and dehydration powders, but dd refusing fluids still. she has wettish nappy, anyne got any tips on how to get any fluids down her neck? She is prob v tired at mo as went to hospital walk in centre well after bed time so not got any 'proper' sleep, but i want to get some fluids down her when i next wake her! Help! Ta!

Ta, TMMJ, i have syringe for next medicine session should all else fail, but previous use of it tells me it won't make dd a happy bunny!!!

How is DD today, Walbert? As it happens, My DD2 is 1 on Saturday and she has a nasty cough at the moment. I hope your DD is better
