Weird rash on fingers

Anyone have any idea what these bumps on my fingers could be?
They aren't on any other part of my body and they do not hurt nor are they itchy.
They started to appear randomly in December.

Pompholyx, also known as dyshidrotic eczema. Tiny, very deep-seated blisters that can have the appearance of tapioca pearls. I get it every year all over my hands, it ramps up when the weather gets warmer. You can also get it on your feet, which tends to be itchier.

My DD has these all over her palms and some on her feet. She had it very badly last summer; they responded well to topical treatment and went away. Have come back again this year! But hers are very itchy!
