Hi- can’t help I’m afraid but hope someone will come along! I’m on Letrozole for the next 5 years and fatigue is a real problem

Hi @user9085674 . I am four years on and still have to manage fatigue. The year following treatment was really bad. I had every bloodtest known but nothing. I have a liver blob but not serious. It has improved but I have to pace myself so if I have a busy weekend, I know I will be knackered at work. I make sure I rest when my body tells me to and don't feel guilty about this now. I was moved from letrazole to tamoxifen and actually that helped. I still have days when I get home from work and can't speak from exhaustion but it isn't every day.

@LostArcher- I was moved from tamoxifen to Letrozole which is when the fatigue really kicked in so I can well imagine going the other way improved things!
