Can we have a "self-care Sunday" thread?

Hi all,

I realise I'm posting this on a Monday but it's Bank Holiday so kind of the same thing!

My sister practices what she calls "Self-Care Sunday" and I think it's a wonderful idea. Except I always forget until I'm in bed!

It's doing at least thing every Sunday that's just for you; something that's good for you. It might be good for your physical health, your mental health...anything that contributes to your wellbeing.

I thought I'd start a thread to a) remind us to do it and b) to get some good ideas.

For me this week, once DS is in bed I'm going to sort my feet out! They need a soak, a scrub and fresh nail polish.

Anyone else?

I’ve bought some delicious new body scrub and lotion which I’m going to use before/after my shower tonight.

I’ll probably forget though 🙄.

Lovely idea for a thread - maybe I should make some plans for this coming Sunday.
