How much vitamin D is in the vitabiotics?
You can take up to 100ug/4000IU per day without medical advice

Minimum recommended is 10ug/400IU

I was taking well woman gummies (400 IU) but still ended up with low vitamin D. My GP prescribed a 20,000 IU a week booster dose and then advised that I take a minimum of 1000 units to maintain particularly during winter. I got a 1000 IU spray that I keep on my desk so use it almost every day and keep taking my multivitamins. My levels are much better now.

Lack of vitamin D is nothing to do with diet. It is a lack of sunshine.

It's very hard to get enough vitamin D through food. Best way to get it is sunlight on the skin but only at certain times of the year (start of April until end of September) so lots of people can be deficient but not know it

I've recently finished vitamin D treatment. I wear sunscreen every day to try and look after my skin and I think that's the cause of my deficiency! X

I’m on the last week of 50,000 IU once a week for 6 weeks. Feeling more energised and want some sunshine!
