Is this worth bothering the doctor with?

Since January I've had a persistent low grade fever - maybe three or four days a week I run a slight temperature and feel a bit shivery and tired - nothing serious, just a bit off. I have also been sneezing and blowing my nose non stop. At first I thought it was hayfever but I don't usually get it for this long.

I'm mid fifties, female.

Online checks suggest an underlying infection or a number of deadly diseases Grin Has anyone experienced similar and found the cause? If so, is it worth bothering the GP about?

I would. I'm quite stoic, but ongoing highish temperature makes me think you have an infection somewhere. You could have a phone appt with dr (much lesd hassle in my practice than going in), who could ask you to see practice nurse for blood test, perhsps.
