Dizzy

Yesterday I moved really quickly in the bath and for a couple of minutes the room was spinning. After that I felt sick for about an hour and was unable to walk properly without feeling sick, I also felt very off balance.
This morning I’m still off balance but less so. Is it worth seeing a GP or is it something that will pass without treatment?

Does it happen when you move and feel a bit like sea sickness? If so, google labyrinthitis

Have you recently had a cold or ear infection?
Are you perimenopausal?

Dizziness can be caused by a myriad of things, from low blood pressure, hormone changes, ear infections, deficiencies etc. I would see your GP so simple things like BP can be checked along with blood tests for B12 and foliate, along with a FBC and thyroid check.

Generally speaking, dizziness has mostly benign causes but it's definitely something to check with your GP.
