Blood clot symptoms

I have had a pain since yesterday evening in my right calf. Its a constant sort of spasm /cramp feeling. Not done anything.

Bit concerned. Had AZ Vaccine 2 weeks ago. I take a medication that is an anticoagulant (as a side effect) but I have a feeling 2 nights ago I forgot to take it.

Not sure what to do.

I think the chances of it being a blood clot are very slim but it's best to speak to your doctor.
