Then go see your GP and ask for CHAMPIX, i have smoked for 15 years, and was smoking between 20-30 a day! (disgusting i know) have wanted to quit for quite a while, but did the whole denial thing, i want to quit but just not yet type thing...

Got these tablets (champix) off doc, you get a starter pack, and start taking it a week before your date you want to quit, my first week over tomorrow, and i have quit already! amazing, really.

It mimics nicotine in your system, and i tried to have a cig this morning, and it was like when i first started, sort of forcing myself to smoke, i only had one drag and threw it away! minging!!!!

I am not craving AT ALL, i am wanting to have a cig (habit more than anything) but i certainly don't NEED one.

So if you want to give up, and like me, kept putting it off, go for these tablets.

Hope this helps someone, i tried the patches and they were crap!
