Anyone with experience of colonoscopy?

Interested to hear from anyone with experience of colonoscopy.

I had a colonoscopy on Friday. Uneventful, with one polyp removed and a couple of biopsies. I felt fine afterwards.

Today (4 days later), I have had indigestion and my abdomen has started bloating, neither of which are usual for me. Is this normal, after a colonial, for bloating to come on a few days later? Or is this simply unrelated?

I would have a word with the hospital where you had the colonoscopy done. It could very well be to be expected then you can dismiss it or otherwise.

I was OK after mine. It was a few years ago so I can't remember what potential side effects were.
I'd get it checked just in case.
