I started with a cold on about 11th/12th October 10 days later I went to the DR's because I felt so rotten.

I had a chest, throat, ear, sinus infection with a mouth ulsa that was infected

The next day I got 2 tooth abscesses

2 lots of antibiotics later I still have ear ache & the tooth abscesses (both of them)

& I am feeling very sorry for myself & quite miserable

Not really DH is a very bad asthmatic and has been 'off' with a chest infection since September (I think)

I went to the Dr about my ear & got some drops

I have never had such a pain in my life - it is constant

surely they would sign you off sick..sounds like you need a good rest?

Katymac · 14/11/2007 18:42

I think the doctor would sign me off without any qualms

However as a childminder I really struggle with letting people down

I know it is very workaholic of me - but it does stress me out

I guess I can just rest as much as I can & see if that helps
