Keratosis Pilaris

My 14 year old daughter has (we think) keratosis pilaris. Can anyone recommend a good exfoliator, lotion, cream or anything at all that may help the skin? It is all over both arms and she is becoming increasingly aware of it. It doesn't itch. Thanks.

Heel balm creams can help this

Cerave do a wash which is good to use with an exfoliating glove and then a cream with acid in which breaks down the bumps.

DS has this and I had it as a teen until my mid 20’s when it just disappeared.
I didn’t use anything particular but would routinely moisturise and gently exfoliate in the shower, just with one of those body scrub things, the scrunched up balls thingies. If I didn’t moisturise for a week or whatever then it would always be a bit more rough.
With DS I use Oilatum Junior Cream as he has a tendency to dry skin and this really helps smooth the bumpy bits.

I've used Ameliorate for some of their other products but they do products specifically for KP that get really good reviews:

My daughter has used the Ameliorate lotion with really good results.

Ameliorate completely got rid of my daughter's.

Korean exfoliating mitts are cheap and have amazing results, cleared mine up in a couple of weeks:

My DD (13) has Keratosis Pilaris on her cheeks. Does anyone know if the Ameliorate facial range is any good for this?
