On Wednesday lunchtime I started getting pain around my left shoulder blade, it feels like it's just under it. It feels muscular because I feel like something is tightening when I move in certain positions. It started to feel better yesterday but its come back with a vengeance today.
If I yawn or try to take a deep breath it is incredibly painful and I can't reach for things without it hurting. If I am sat still it's not too bad but I am working from home so can't just sit and relax.
Can anybody recommend anything to support it whilst I work. I am lucky enough to have a proper desk and chair so I am not sat at a kitchen table or anything.
