Is this piles?

This is really embarrassing. I've noticed i have a small lump just inside my anus. I can't see it as I'm overweight and can't get in right position and got no partner to ask! It feels maybe pea sized and I can sort of move it. It doesn't hurt, itch or bleed so not sure if it is piles! Using anusol though just in case but the lack of pain/blood is concerning me

Poor you. Make appointment with GP (probably easier said than done if you are in the UK). No one can diagnose you properly on MN.

Meanwhile, don't strain going to the loo. If the lump is uncomfortable, you can apply a little sudocreme using a piece of cotton wool.,

Its probably piles
Id try the cream for a week or two, see if it helps -if it shrinks or goes away then its piles, if it doesn't it may be something else and worth talking to your GP about
