I've just given birth so my weight gain is something to be worked on. Any other snoring relief suggestions in the meantime?
I've tried:
Orthopaedic pillow
Mouthguard
Nose spray
Throat spray
Nose device
Diffuser
Only thing that gets close is putting my pillow at an angle but this causes back ache!
