I feel like as a grown woman I should know this. But, what do you put on a dry foof? Not thrush or anything, just when you get a bit dry and itchy for a day. I used to use sudacrem which was soothing but I don't like how it sticks and doesn't wash off.

How old are you? If you're menopausal or post-meno, you won't have the secretions you used to. It's called vaginal atrophy - google it. It's very common indeed. GP will prescribe Vagifem or another treatment.

Ovestin cream on prescription is very good. It’s low dose oestrogen, anyone can use it even if you can’t or don’t want to use HRT.

Thanks all. I don't want anything too medicated, it's just for those odd occasions you get a bit irritated. Have looked at all suggestions and will pick something up x

I use vagisil , it has something in it that does just enough to numb the itch when needed, but don't think it is for daily use.

coconut oil.
I also like nuxe oil but might be too scented if youre sensitive

LakieLady · 15/04/2021 19:53

I'm not sure I'd want my foof smelling of coconut, @Branleuse!
