Do small lumps of poo, like rabbit droppings, indicate a lack of fibre?

Or a lack of something else?

TIA

dunno
but imagine that a poo not shaped like framed perfect poo on dr gillians wall in her house, (which came from studies at bristol university! i hasten to add..)
would indicate its bad diet somewhere and probably fibre as that helps get bulk of it out of you iirc
or bit of illness perhaps..

is it for a friend?

lack of water?
water is good

I would say it is lack of fluids rather than fibre - it could even be too much fibre without the added water to bulk it out.

I've just searched Netdoctor. I am eating about 10-15 portions of fruit/veg a day and walking/jogging or swimming 30 minutes a day- so I think it must be fluid - although I'm drinking lots I do wake-up feeling dehydrated every morning (and sick, good combination)!

Bloody pregnancy!

you sound healthy
you will need more water because of the sport and activity, sweat etc..

i tend to have glass of water on the go all the time, and have always carried water when out and about since being pregnant, i was so thirsty all the time!

crikey everyone is pregnant!

congratulations, good luck with it all
