I've just had an endoscopy which the biopsy showed I'm still positive for hpylori. I have a history of chronic gastritis and now recently developed Gerd 
I thought that the pylori was gone after taking second round of antibiotics 7 years ago (first therapy didn't work). I'm surprised because I did BOTH a breath test and stool test a year ago and they were negative for pylori. My gastro will probably recommend another round of antibiotics to try eradicate it. Anyone have any experience of managing to get rid of it the the third tone round? Feeling really despondent...
