Those of you who have gone through this process did you have to have a gap? While you waited for the implant work to be started/completed. I understand it takes approx 6 months

I have a bridge which is in decline 2 and 3 rd teeth incisor and the adjacent one.

Quite big teeth so big gap - I really couldn't be seen with this huge gap

I have a partial denture. Single tooth denture at the front. Takes a bit of getting used to but its fine

I had a dental plate for 8 months (it was a front tooth) - was pain for that period but so worth it now! Would do it again if I needed to!

I had an old failed root canal tooth removed and an implant immediately put in at the same appointment (it was tooth next to eye teeth). It was a long appointment (I think i was in the chair a couple of hours) but not painful, and the temporary implant was then in place for about 3 months (the dentist checked it every month or so) and then I had the permanent one. My dentist said there is no need to leave a gap so they should be able to come up with a solution.

I am also thinking of getting an implant, does anyone know how much it is likely to cost. It's a side top tooth?

I had a molar done. The whole process took 9 months. I had to have the remains of the shattered tooth removed, then wait for that to heal up, then have a bone graft, wait for that to heal....then I got the implant itself.

Not one single regret. I've had it for around 9 years now and it's just like a natural tooth.

I had the remains of my natural tooth out about 18 months ago so it's all healed up. I'm just a bit scared but really want to get it done

What are you scared of lolypoly?
