Advice please. 8mth son fell on face and teeth seem to now have blood in them

AS the title says my son, 8 mths, fell face first off bottom step this morning cue mouthful of blood and tears. Initially could see a cut lip and now there seems to be blood 'in' the tooth (front 2 top ones). Is this OK? Anything I can do?

NHS direct are only taking emergency calls and dentist closed. I know the teeth are gonna come out at some point when he's older, but are they OK to leave or should someone see them.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks Dinker

Maybe its a little blood blister over the tooth but looks like its in it iyswim.

I cant see how you could get blood in the tooth????

Well I'm thinking the trauma pushed the teeth back a little. Oh I don't know it make me feel funny

Is he in pain now or does he seem ok?

If it still looks bad or he's in pain, call your dr's for emergency appt and maybe call your dentist on Monday morning.

Ring your dentist and they should have an out of hours contact number, either a mobile or another surgery will be open for emergency duty.

OK. Thanks to your advice am now waiting for a call back from a dentist.
