Tooth ache

Any tooth ache advice for overnight (my wisdom tooth has come through and moved a crown, guessing infection has got underneath). Taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, but need some advice/tips to get through the night 😩

Duplicate Easter pugs are no problem, it doubles the cutenes. Love the drawn one 😂 much better than my skills.
Think I have turned a corner with the pain. Having painkillers every 6 hours now instead of every 3, also not looking when I can have them till about 5 hours. Can also chew things as it doesn’t bump that tooth. 🎉
