Looking for a bit of advice...
had a baby 5 months ago, prior to this was on the pill for 10 years (got pregnant straightaway so didn’t have a period when I first came off)
I didn’t breastfeed at all and had a period 11 weeks after I had my baby, my next period was 5 weeks after that but I had period pain at 3 weeks as if I was about to come on.
So now my period should have been due on Saturday (if 28 day cycle) and I’ve been having period pains again since Sunday but nothing has happened...
I’m confused why I keep getting cramps but nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this? Oh and definitely not pregnant
