Low sodium and dropping - any advice?

I’ve had a tendency towards low sodium for a couple of years (hovers around 133) but recently it’s got lower and is dropping. Was 130 a month back so GP took me off esomeprasole, retested, now 129.
I feel utterly crap. My muscles are weak and constantly in pain and I’m brain foggy and tired. Last year sodium went to 130, same symptoms.

I am eating my weight in salt and trying not to drink too much but it is still going in the wrong direction.

GP is testing again in two weeks but says there’s nothing can be done to help. I asked if anything could be causing it but she said not really and asked if I was eating salt. I keep emphasising that I am!

So that’s it? What if it keeps on and on dropping? I really don’t want to end up in hospital (I was on a sodium drip once before when I was taken in for something else and they found it was low).

Any advice on anything I can do or ask the GP?

I don't know, but mine drops sometimes. With me, it's too many larger mugs of coffee, so I've changed mugs and that's helped.

I do tend towards large mugs of tea so I’m trying to cut that out. But the level and how rubbish I feel is worrying me.
