Fluoxetine! Help please

I just started on fluoxetine 20mg four days ago and thought I'd got lucky with side effects but today I feel really not great and I'm not sure whether it's normal. I'm having anxiety over the medicine to help my anxiety! I have acid reflux which I've had since day 1 but today I feel sick, I've been a little constipated the past couple of days (sorry tmi), but worst of all is I always feel cold. I took my temperature and it's 36.2. Is anyone able to share their experience please. I'm scared what I'm experiencing are serious side effects although I'm sure that's my mind playing tricks on me. I also suspect I have a UTI so I'm scared that I'm having chills from that. Health anxiety is going crazy

I had similar side effects about a week after I started on them, OP. I remember feeling unbearably cold, and had to constantly have a hot water bottle attached to me. Also had restless legs and cold/flu like symptoms? Sorry you're feeling rubbish, but try not to worry. Hopefully the side effects will dissipate soon and you'll start to feel better.
