I've had a stiff left hip for a month or so. This travels to the front of my thigh and I limp when walking most of the time. I do lay on my right side propped up in bed a lot and wonder if this could be a cause ? Also lost some of the range of motion.
I am 49 and paranoid it could be osteoarthritis
