Rash on bum after c-section

Hi! C-section two days ago.
Just noticed huge rash on left bum cheek all around back of thigh.
Is this a reaction to the drugs or something? Really worried!

could be from sitting down more, particularly if you've been on a hospital plastic mattress? Slap some sudacrem on it!
