For the past couple of months I just have t felt right and I don't know if it's just my anxiety. I feel like my back is constantly aching, joint pain, stomach ache, ribs hurting - all come at different time. I have been to gp who has done all bloods which were normal, oxygen, blood pressure, chest was all normal.

I had covid in September recovered after a couple of weeks then in January I have started feeling like this. I'm wondering if it's related or could anxiety make me feel like this. I feel like I'm
Constantly phoning my dr

My friend has been feeling just like you. She was sent to the hospital fir a barrage of tests. They've basically said it's a strain of flu and to go back if she's not feeling better in a fortnight.

Hope you feel better soon & hope you can reduce your anxiety as that won't be helping.

ploddingalongwithlife · 25/03/2021 17:24

Thanks @WitchesBritchesPumpkinPants
My GP has basically said all test are normal and that nothing is wrong, which is good but still wondering why I'm feeling like this

Hope your friend is feeling better

Have you tried taking vitamin D?

ploddingalongwithlife · 25/03/2021 18:03

@BatFacedGrrll I had my vitamin d level checked at gp and it was 61 which is the lower end of adequate so I've upped that

B12 tested?

BatFacedGrrll · 25/03/2021 18:04

Yeah - take 4000mg along with vitamin k and at least you've got that covered

I have this, I’ve never had covid and it’s been like it for years. Very frustrating.

Babyg1995 · 25/03/2021 18:37

I'm the same op 35 have been putting it down to having my baby 11 months ago but its starting to worry me I've not had tests .

ceilingsand · 25/03/2021 23:57

I had covid almost a year ago and I'm not as strong as I was. I expect that's it. I'm just trying to exercise enough by walking so as not to overdo it. I know I should do more but I lack the energy.

I'm the same way. I've started to suspect I might have ME/CFS or something.

I literally have to save energy and spend it very, very carefully. My husband doesn't get it at all. I don't have a good quality of life.

I had Covid last year and my symptoms match long Covid but I've been like this for at least 5 years, so I can't blame Covid.

Text yesterday at 11am was 'just got dressed can't manage socks' so I can't imagine she'll be back at work anytime soon.

Her tests were all clear too. I suspect 'flu' was more of a 'We have no idea. Rest & see if it gets better'.

Hope you both feel better soon!
