Ulcer inside nose?

I've had what I thought was a cut inside my nose for the last week, just had a look thinking I wouldn't be able to see but looks more like an ulcer :( hurts when I rub or stretch my nose
I'm pregnant so my nose has been more stuffy than usual
Any ideas what would cause it or how to treat it?

This sounds like something I had for months. It felt like it scabbed over and then that came off through blowing my nose, and then it opened up again, and so the cycle repeated. It was absolutely agony and I didn't realise how long I'd had it until I thought back and remembered it being sore at a certain event. I went to the Dr's thinking I was being a wuss but they said it was a type of infection, gave me some cream and the relief was almost instant! I don't know if you can get it over the counter but it was called Naseptin Nasal Cream. Also check if you can use it when pregnant as I no longer have the leaflet for it.
