Does silica/ horsetail prevent postpartum hair loss?

My hairdresser swears by it. Is it safe to take while bf?

not sure, but would be keen to find out as i'm losing my hair in handfuls - am terrified i'll end up bald!!!!

Of you mean homeopathic silica its safe to take- but wouldn't necessarily be the correct thing to stop your hair falling out (even if it helps your hairdresser)- you would need to see a homeopath.

Just had very good results with silica for ds1's bowel movements
