Keep pulling the same muscle in my back

It feels like it's at the bottom of my shoulder blade. It mostly happens when I'm drying my hair for some reason. It can sometimes spread up to my neck so it hurts when I turn my head. It lasts for days and goes away for a few weeks and then happens again. I actually used heat pads for too long and ended up with a burn!

Sometimes it just starts mild and gets worse the more I move throughout the day. I've pulled muscles really bad in the past and had to go to hospital because of the pain and this feels the same, but more of an annoying pain that severe.

Not sure what to do for it or what the doctor would suggest if I go? I'm wondering why it keeps happening in the same place.

Are you using a mouse a lot for work atm? You could be pulling your back slightly.
