Ds (6.9) had the runs last week, and it started again yesterday, not sure if he still has as he is still in bed, so decided to leave him and give him the day off, if he wakes up fine should I take him in to school?

Yes you should leave at least 24 hours since he last had the runs. It may even be 48 hours as themildmanneredjanitor says.

Have just called the school, they say 24 hours, thanks for the advice.
