Anyone on here know about neck lumps?

I know I’m probably being irrational here... a week ago I felt my neck and like everyone has two hard lumps either side about half way down. I did. One of them is a fair bit bigger than the other so I had a minor panic. Had a quick google and it looks like it could be my hyoid bone? Any else’s different size left and right? I don’t think I’ve ever felt here so this could be a new or old thing?!

It's probably your lymph nodes. If you are coming down with a cold etc then you can sometimes feel them. I would get them checked out if they don't go down.

Thanks, they do seem quite boney and go up and down when I swallow, do lymph nodes do that? Was wondering if that’s why it maybe be hyoid bone?
