Vegan food for colonoscopy prep

I have a colonoscopy coming up and have the hospital's sheet of suggested food to eat for the few days before. Most of the suggestions apart from white rice, pasta bread and peeled potatoes are meat or egg based.

Have any vegans had the procedure or does anyone know what foods would be allowed? I think tofu is, so guessing soya yoghurt would be ok.

Any other suggestions welcome...my usual diet is very fruit and veg and whole foods so I'm a bit stuck!

I'm a vegan and had a colonoscopy in January, about four days before procedure I changed to bland white diet.
Breakfast was sourdough bread toasted or with v. Cheese, I had mashed potatoes and vegan cheese grated for dinner every day! Not a lover of rice or pasta but you could have that.
I had plain gluten free crackers for a snack, ate loads actually and plain ready salted crisps.
It was boring but it's only for a few days, hth

That's really helpful thank you and I hope everything was ok with your results.

Crisps are a good call. Didn't realise you could have vegan cheese so that's good.

I started the bland food diet today with a plain white bagel for lunch and planning white rice and tofu in a miso broth for dinner. Not too bad!
