Had anyone tried "Therma care" for your back yet???

if yes......do they really work??? as my Dps back muscles had severly gone into Spasm (he suffered from bad back) and he is on tabs that was prescribed from the hospital but is really struggling since last Friday so we thought we will give this a go

Haven't tried them specifically but I have a condition which causes a lot of pain in my back and I find a hot pad can relieve some of the pain so I guess it's a similar thing. Guess no harm trying for £3.99 really!

well in Boots it was out of stock so i got them from Superdrug for £5.99. I will pop into my local boots branch tmrw.

I used the neck ones quite a lot for a bad neck caused by a car accident last summer. I swore by them, the heat was really comfortable too.

Love them! I don't buy the branded ones though, just the cheapy ones from Savers Chemist. The area that I need to heat isn't very big, so the little square ones do the job just as well.

Dh used them on his bad back earlier this year, when he strained it, they were great helped him heal nicely/gave him respite enough to sleep etc.
