On the way home from school it would seem ds stomach upset came back with avengence, (sp) to be blunt his pants and trousers are completely coverered with poo, really, its very bad, I would have just thrown them away but the are school property, so can I just bung them in the machine and wash them twice or more, or am I going to have to (god forbid) get the scraper out?

I would put them through the machine on rinse. Clean out the drum and then wash twice through with detergent.

Hope your DS isn't too bad now.

They are still washing, on thier second cycle now.

He does'nt have any old ones I can replace them with, ds in incontenent, so his clothes are replaced regulary, they can only survive so many washes.

personally id just stick them in the wash (probably by themselves) for one loads then look at them

they will probably be fine

people wash nappies in washing machines and they normally only have 1 wash

SofiaAmes · 07/11/2007 19:14

Wash in hot water, do extra rinse, dry in hot dryer and clothes will be totally sanitized and wearable. (I have done a little research on this recently for other reasons....)
