DD woke up at 3am on Sunday and vomited everywhere , then at 7.30 am when she was trying to convince me she was fine to go to school she was sick again so I kept her off. She was sick again at 11 am. She was fine then for the rest of the day, had her lunch and dinner so I sent her to school as normal yesterday and she was fine all day. Then we woke up to her shouting us at 3am asking for the sick bowl and to be quick, we weren't quick enough! She looks pale this morning but has eaten breakfast. I've decided to keep her off school as she's tired more than anything else. Is this the same bug which she just had a day off from or has she got a different one do you think?

bear in mind this is the same child who when she was two had a bug that only made her vomit at 6.30pm every night for 5 nights!

He's still not eating much today. Hungry, but can't eat iyswim. He's had some nice healthy crisps today and a bowl of cereal which was returned shortly after. Tried an iced bun (just to get some cals in), but he took the icing off and a bite from the bread bit and that was it. He is drinking though. I hope this passes soon. I have all three home today as our school was on a flood alert warning and the HT decided to close it, so they'll probably all be throwing up soon!! Deep joy!

Oh blimey. It got me at 2am this morning. I feel so ill and at one point thought I was in labour. Bang goes painting the kitchen which I was planning on doing today I've taken to my bed...

You have my sympathy ledodgy. Both me and dh have been feeling ropey all afternoon. Not pleasant.

The good news is that ds2 is jumping through hoops today though and is more or less back to normal.
