I'm getting dots of visiting pains all around my body - legs, one arm, various points in my head and neck. I think it could be neuro related. At first I thought maybe it was from the vaccine but I don't think so. I experienced some numbness in my legs and arms last year but thought nothing off it. I put it to the back of my mind thinking it was from the way I slept or sat.

I don't want to go to the doctor just for them to send me home again and tell me to lose weight. I know I need to lose weight and I did lose weight and bring the bmi down but I need to do more but it doesn't happen overnight.

Others more knowledgeable will be a long soon, but are you taking magnesium, or getting enough through the skin with a spray or Epsom salts?
That would be the first thing I'd try.

Speak to the Dr, could be anything from B12 deficiency (easily treated) to something serious. However, if they don’t do initial screening tests you aren’t going to know and could end up with irreversible problems, as opposed to something that could be treated.

Please speak to the Dr. I hope they can soon put your mind at rest Flowers
FWIW I was convinced I had MS as my symptoms were so bad, they stopped pretty quickly after my loading dose of B12 injections.

Thank you so much for the replies. I usually put things on the long finger but I am going to phone for an appointment tomorrow for next week.

I am taking plenty of magnesium. I love magnesium. I used to suffer badly with legs cramps but magnesium helped so much.

I don't think I am getting enough b vitamins alright. I usually do try and eat a clean diet and I zone in on breakfast for my main meal of the day and that sets me up. I usually have eggs with veg. Then it's something else for lunch and I am not hungry for a big meal in the evening time so I don't think I am getting enough b vitamins.

Superdrug offers a B12 test. In case your GP won't do blood tests.
